Bank Robber Going to Trial
It’s been 6 months since a Marquette County bank was robbed at gunpoint and the man accused is getting set for his trial.
29 year old Justin Dee McLean was found competent to stand trial for robbing the Northern Michigan Bank and Trust in Harvey in October of last year.
Police say the downstate man was traveling through the U.P. when he robbed the bank.
He was apprehended days later in the state of Wyoming.
Mclean’s court schedule will include a pre–trial May 16th with a trial set to begin June 18th.
