Lack of Snow Didn't Discourage Snowmobilers in Marquette County

Although the U.P. was lacking in the snow department this winter season, there was still some good news for a few snowmobile destinations.

Avid snowmobilers still geared up for some winter sporting fun

With a little help from weather conditions around Marquette County this winter.

Snowmobiling is one of the areas most popular winter sports.

In fact many people from outside of the U.P. travel here to take part in the action.

Typically snowmobiling season wraps in the U.P. around the end of March.

But, with the warm conditions the past few weeks, the winter sporting traffic has slowed down quite a bit.
