Tee Up 4 Tails Golf Outing
MARQUETTE, Mich – A local animal shelter is holding a golf outing tomorrow.
UPAWS is holding there 24th annual “Tee Up 4 Tails” golf outing to raise donations for the shelter at the Marquette Golf Club.
“It’s a fun day for everybody that comes. Fox Motors sponsors our hole-in-one with a chance to win a car or car rental, you never know what they are going to come up with. They have been a sponsor with us for many years. It is a scramble, so it is best ball. Teams have fun competing to see who is the best on their team,” said Karen Rhodes, A UPAWS Fundraising Committee Member. “We have prizes for the best men’s, women’s and mixed teams and of course our tail end team. Every year we get great support from our Top Dog sponsors and our Tee sponsors and all the people who donate things.”
In addition to the golf outing, there will also be a raffle, silent auction and a 50/50 drawing.
