Marquette County Fair in full swing

MARQUETTE COUNTY — The Marquette County Fair is in full swing after kicking off Thursday evening.

The fair has been a staple to the Marquette County for over 29 years. It has been at the same location every year and it has consistently been bringing new attractions every year. This year the fair will have a plethora of rides, the Cincinnati Circus Sideshow and even a petting zoo.

There will also be many other family oriented events and exhibits going on throughout Friday and Saturday.

“We are hoping for great weather and it looks like we have that,” said Walt Maki, President of the Marquette County Fair Board. “We hope to see a lot of people out here. We hope a lot of young families come out to see what we have to offer.”

Saturday will also host the Junior Livestock Auction and there will also be some live music. For more information about the Marquette County Fair you can click here.
