Town-Wide Rummage Sale on the West End of Marquette County
MARQUETTE COUNTY — The Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 6th annual Town-Wide Rummage Sale on the West End of Marquette County.
The sale started this morning and is going until Sunday evening. The event is open to all residents in Ishpeming, Negaunee, Champion, Michigamme, Republic, and any other surrounding Townships.
To participate as a vendor in the event you have to register with the GINCC in Ishpeming and pay a $10 fee. The event is a great way to get the community out and about shopping and meeting other members in the county.
“It’s just a way to get the community out and about,” said, Executive Director GINCC, Kelsey Reyes. “You know shopping around, meeting new neighbors, making new friends and checking out the downtown. It’s a way to help our small businesses by bringing a little business towards them while the attendees are shopping. It’s really just a way to get out and about.”
