Police looking for prowler
NORWAY — Police in Norway are on the lookout for an alleged prowler who assaulted a homeowner and then fled the scene.
The incident happened on the 1400 block of Sixth Avenue around 9:15 p.m. Thursday evening. A homeowner observed a prowler near their garage and back deck area. Upon confronting the man, the homeowner was allegedly assaulted. The prowler then fled on foot.
Police say the suspect is described as a white male in his twenties, around six feet tall with a thin build. Anyone with information can call the Norway Police Department at (906) 563-5801.
The incident is still under investigation.
