Local bank headquarters finished move to downtown
MARQUETTE — A bank in Marquette held a ribbon cutting ceremony today in honor of moving their entire headquarters downtown. Range Bank has been in Marquette since 1887. The bank has renovated their building on Front Street and made it their home. Range Bank was finally able to move their entire headquarters, senior management and administrative staff to the building since relocating to downtown four years ago.
President of Range Bank Ken Palmer says, “We’ve completely remodeled the building, and you’ll see if you take a tour through the building you’ll it’s turned out very nice, and we’re really happy to be here, and what we want to do is introduce the community to not only our building but to the work we’ve done and investment we’ve made in the city of Marquette.”
To celebrate the ribbon cutting Range Bank invited local business owners who are customers with the bank. They held the small get-together overlooking their view of Lake Superior and downtown Marquette, which was catered by Border Grill. Bank executives say they are excited to be involved, and right in the midst of the community.
