Ironwood man pleads guilty in drug case
BESSEMER — It was a guilty plea in court from a Gogebic county man in an Ironwood drug case.
Mark Overton, 35, appeared in Gogebic County Circuit Court for a pretrial. The Gogebic County Prosecutor’s Office will not release the terms of his plea agreement, in case Overton decides to withdraw his plea.
He was originally facing five charges, including possession of meth and maintaining a drug house.
One of his co-defendants, Adam Stone, 33, will appear in court next month, and another co-defendant, Carly Pestka, 22, is scheduled for sentencing in March 2015. Overton will be sentenced in January 2015.
