Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 9/8-9

Monday brought us another pleasant afternoon with sun and warm temps. Skies remain relatively clear as we head into the overnight, making for a quiet evening. Lows will drop between the low to mid-50s, while winds lighten.

Tuesday features a good amount of sunshine again, with temps warming a little more. Highs will reach to the mid to upper-70s, while winds come out of the south at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Tomorrow night, watch for clouds and showers to enter, as our next disturbance moves into the state. Low temps will fall between the mid and upper-50s, as winds become light again. Strong storms with heavy rain arrive on Wednesday, with the greatest threat of severe weather, south of our area.
