Three arrested in Ontonagon County for drugs, alcohol

Three people in Ontonagon County were taken into custody for various drug and alcohol related offenses Thursday afternoon. Deputies from the Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office say the three were arrested shortly after 6:30 p.m.

A 23-year-old Ontonagon woman was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs, use of marijuana, possession of marijuana, contributing to a minor, open intoxicants, and the use of opiates. She is being held on a bond of $10,000 at 10 percent.

Her 20-year-old male passenger and 24-year-old female passenger were also arrested. The man was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol, the use of opiates, and the use of marijuana, and is being held on an $8,000 at 10 percent bond. The female passenger was arrested for use of marijuana, possession of Percocet, allowing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, and the use of opiates. She is being held on a 10 percent of $10,000 bond.
