Weather Forecast 5/21-22
Temperatures were all over the place in the viewing area today. Highs ranged from the the upper 50s closer to the lake shores, to the middle 70s farther inland. Rain showers for the most part stayed away though, and chances continue to decrease more as we head into tonight. Gradual clearing will continue across the region tonight while overnight lows drop to the upper 30s and lower 40s. Winds will be at 5 to 10 miles per hour coming out of the northwest.
Thursday’s weather outlook calls for another nice day with high pressure beginning to take control, giving us partly cloudy skies. Highs reach the upper 50s and lower 60s with NW winds increasing between 10 to 20 miles per hour to give a little chill to the air. Tomorrow night is setting up to be a cold May night for us as lows bottom out in the lower 40s and upper 30s. Winds weaken to 5 to 10 miles per hour, while skies become mostly clear.
Conditions continue to improve heading towards Friday with more sun and warmth on the way.
