Trial for men accused of heroin distribution
Three Menominee men facing federal drug charges in Michigan and Wisconsin will be going to trial.
Michael Peak, 40, Donald Myers, 41, and Eric Ebbole, 42, appeared in U.S. District Court in Green Bay for arraignment.
The trio is charged with use of a communication facility to distribute a controlled substance.
Peak, Myers, and Ebbole are scheduled for a pretrial on March 13 along with six other co-defendants. A two-day trial is set to begin on March 24.
The U.S. Attorney’s office accuses the nine defendants of distributing and conspiracy to distribute, fund, and sell heroin in northeast Wisconsin and Menominee.
