Criminal sexual conduct case headed for retrial
An Iron River man accused of criminal sexual conduct will be retried in Iron County Trial Court.
Dennis Allan Johnson, 55, was originally tried in December on six CSC counts involving girls under the age of 13. The jury could not come to a unanimous verdict on four of the counts, resulting in a mistrial on those four. He was acquitted of two of the counts.
Johnson will be retried starting on May 20th on two first-degree CSC counts and two second-degree counts. If convicted, Johnson could face 15 years to life in prison.
