Iron River man pleads not guilty to multiple felonies
An Iron River man facing multiple charges pled not guilty during his arraignment in the Iron County Trial Court.
Jordan Luckey, 22, is facing fifteen counts, including four felonies, from various arrests.
Luckey was arrested in June after running away from a sheriff’s deputy while being taken from the Iron County Jail to NorthSTAR Health System for medical treatment. Police say he ran to Ice Lake and tried to swim away, then returned to shore and continued running.
He has been ruled competent to stand trial after taking a competency exam, but no trial date has been set yet.
Luckey will be back in court on February 3.
