Guilty plea in attempted break-in
A Marquette man has pled guilty in connection with attempting to break into an Ishpeming business this fall.
James Haack, 33, pled guilty to breaking and entering with intent at his arraignment in Marquette County Circuit Court. Another charge, possession of burglar’s tools, was nollied.
The Ishpeming Police Department found Haack inside Elaine’s Place on September 3 after the business’s silent alarm went off. Police found the business was broken into and burglar tools were at the scene.
Haack will be sentenced December 23.
