Man enters plea deal in drug case
A Ramsay man has agreed to take a plea deal involving multiple drug charges in Gogebic County Circuit Court.
Brock Tanner Colberg, 19, pled guilty to a combination of charges that include possession with intent to deliver, and resisting and obstructing a police officer.
Unless he withdraws his plea, Colberg will be sentenced in Gogebic County Circuit Court on November 12.
The other suspect in the case, Michael Scott Johnson, 21, is scheduled for an all–purpose hearing on November 5.
Johnson was also charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver.
The pair was arrested in Ironwood in late August after Troopers from the Wakefield Post of the Michigan State Police smelled marijuana during a traffic stop. Upon searching the vehicle, troopers found marijuana and pills packaged for delivery.
