Trial set for men involved in inmate death
Two inmates from the Ojibway Correctional Facility in Marenisco are headed to trial where they will face multiple homicide charges.
The pair is accused of murdering a fellow inmate, 26–year–old Randolph Connor, inside the Ojibway Correctional Facility in January.
Delorean Henderson, 25, and Michael Smith, 32, now stand trial for one second degree murder homicide charge and one manslaughter homicide charge.
Both will be treated as four time habitual offenders throughout the proceedings.
Jury selection and opening statements are slated to begin on February 13 2014, while testimony is scheduled to start five days later on February 18.
