Luce Co. drug case bound to Circuit Court
The case against a Chicago man arrested on drug charges last week in Luce County has been bound over to Circuit Court.
Bradley Heard, 35, waived his preliminary exam in Luce County District Court Thursday morning.
He is facing multiple drug charges, ranging from Conspiracy to Deliver less than 50 grams of Cocaine or Heroin and Maintaining a Drug House.
Heard and another man, 27 year–old Harvey Owens, were arrested September 12 in Newberry by the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement Team.
S.A.N.E. seized crack cocaine and marijuana from the two men, and drug trafficking evidence from their home.
