Marquette Township Hall now open to the public
Marquette Township cut the ribbon and opened the doors to its new Town Hall Thursday night. Businesses and residents alike were offered the chance to see the new digs they helped pay for, complete with guided tours and food for the whole family.
The new complex is nestled in a much more scenic area then their old address provided, and is a stone’s throw away from the newly minted Township Fire Hall. Tours of both facilities gave taxpayers a glimpse of the brand new conference rooms, a new council forum, and state of the art equipment that will provide better communication and safety for citizens for years to come. The community center was designed for public use as well, as the new facility is available to rent out for meetings big and small.
