Man charged for having brass knuckles
A man arrested in Iron County on last week after a routine seat belt stop was arraigned in Iron County Circuit Court Tuesday.
Daniel Pollack was charged as a Habitual Offender, fourth offense on a Dangerous Weapon Charge for having brass knuckles.
Pollack was arrested in Iron River June 11 after a traffic stop for a seat belt violation.
Michigan State Police Troopers from the Iron Mountain Post found several items inside the vehicle that matched the description of stolen property from the Iron County Cemetery.
Pollack is currently lodged in the Iron County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond.
