Stabbing preliminary exam delayed
An Iron Mountain man will return to court next week on charges from a recent stabbing.
Thirty-year-old Erich Lindlbauer was in Dickinson County District Court Tuesday for his preliminary exam, but the exam has been adjourned until next Wednesday, April 24th.
He’s accused of assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled substance and habitual offender — fourth offense.
The charges come from a stabbing on April 2nd at 1008 West ‘A’ Street in Iron Mountain.
Thirty-year-old Joseph Spade of Iron Mountain was injured in the attack.
Spade was released from Dickinson County Memorial Hospital the next day.
