U.P. Rivals in contest to win $10,000
USA Today is trying to figure out what is the best high school football rivalry in the country, and its leaving it up to social media to determine a winner.
The Marquette vs. Negaunee football rivalry made it through the first round of voting and its one of fifty one rivalries left to vote for.
Right now, the Miners, Redmen rivalry is in the “Midwest Region” voting bracket.
The second round of voting started today and runs through the following Wednesday, December 12th at 11am.
If the Negaunee, Marquette rivalry makes it to the finals, both schools would have a chance of sharing a $10,000 prize.
