Fundraising effort to help 3 year old Hancock girl

A fundraiser is underway in the Copper Country to help a little girl who is very sick.                  Three year old Ana Olsson is the daughter of Hancock residents Steph and Catherine Olsson.  Little Ana was recently diagnosed with a rare brain tumor.

To help Ana and her family in their time of need, River Valley Bank in Houghton is holding a pie fundraiser.  For each pie ordered, $4 – plus the profit from the pie – will go to the Olsson family.

The pies will be here in time for Christmas and can be picked up at the River Valley Bank in Houghton.  The money and orders are due by Friday, November 30.

To order a pie to help Ana, contact the River Valley Bank in Houghton or call Kristina Coon at (906) 370-4922.  Donations can also be made at any Superior National Bank location.  Just specify that you want the money to go toward “Ana’s Gifts”…a non-profit account set up for the family.
