Donations and Bell Ringers needed
Christmas is just under a month away and shopping season is in full swing. That means the Salvation Army “Red Kettle Campaign” is also underway. This year, the Salvation Army says it could use more help on two fronts.
Bell ringers are already stationed inside and outside a variety of businesses. Red kettle ringers have been drumming up donations for about two weeks, but there is a big need: for volunteers and for donations.
There are four other Salvation Army locations across Upper Michigan, all still in need to donations and volunteers: Sault Ste. Marie, Ishpeming, Escanaba, and Hancock.
