Iron Ore Heritage Trail Survey
The Iron Ore Heritage Recreation Authority is asking for input on the interpretative trail across the Marquette Iron Range.
Currently, the organization is updating its five–year master plan for the Iron Ore Heritage Trail.
The survey consists of questions on ways to improve the trails for the future.
The group is paving 12 miles of trails to connect Chocolay Township to Ishpeming.
The current paving project is estimated to be completed by July 1st, 2013.
The survey can be completed online at www.IronOreHeritageTrail.com if you search the site for the term ‘survey’.
Trail surveys are due back by this Friday.
