Lake Linden B&E In Court Monday
A Lake Linden man has to return to Circuit Court in Houghton County next week on charges that he broke into a pair of businesses.
25–year–old Philip Provost has a pre–trial hearing next Monday, October 1st.
Provost is accused of breaking into two businesses in Lake Linden back on July 20th.
Those were Morty’s Gas Station and the Loading Zone Bar & Grill, both of which are on M–26.
Provost is facing two counts of breaking and entering a building with intent.
Each of those felony counts carries a potential sentence of ten years if Provost is convicted.
He’s being held in the Houghton County Jail on $10,000 bond.
