Transportation Forum in Marquette
Two public forums regarding transportation issues took place in the Upper Peninsula Wednesday. One of them was in Marquette at the Michigan Works! Service Center tonight.
The purpose of tonight’s forum was to generate input to Governor Rick Snyder, and the Michigan legislature and policymakers as they create a shared transportation vision for the state.
The other forum was held this afternoon in Escanaba at the Michigan Technical Education Center at Bay College. And Trans4m says their was a good turn out at that forum.. with many great ideas brought up.
Both forums were sponsored by the Transportation for Michigan Coalition, also known as Trans4m.
