Bomb Threat in Alger County
Another bomb threat at a U–P school to report. This time, a 13 year old student has confessed.
Troopers from the Negaunee post of the Michigan State Police say they reported to the bomb threat this morning at Superior Central School in Alger County’s Rock River Township. It was called in just after nine this morning.
The school was not evacuated. Instead, the students were secured in the building.
A 13 year old student admitted writing the threat.
The Alger County Prosecutors Office will review the case.
