Escanaba High School Renovation
Escanaba High School looks very different now from how it looked two years ago.
And the work isn’t done yet.
School and community wide theater productions have a much better space.
An extensive renovation project has been in progress for more than a year and a half.
The whole project costs nearly 17.5 million dollars
The current Escanaba High School building opened in 1963.
And the school–wide renovation project is the first time that the 500 seat auditorium has been updated.
Renovations are continuing on a section of the school that will be used to house seventh and eighth graders, starting this fall.
That project should be complete sometime in April
