Update: Feb. 14 Menominee High School Bomb Threat
A 17-year-old girl arrested after a Valentine’s Day bomb threat at Menominee High School will be in court next week. The Menominee County Prosecutor’s Office has charged the girl with one count of making a false report of a bomb threat. She will be arraigned March 7th.
The threat was found in a ladies’ restroom at the school February 14th.
In that incident, students were evacuated from Menominee Junior and Senior High Schools. K-9 bomb dogs were brought in from Escanaba Public Safety and the Brown County, Wisconsin Sheriff’s Department.
School buildings and buses were searched.
