Suicide Hill Vandalism

Police in Marquette County are looking for help in solving theft and vandalism incidents at a ski hill.

Members of the Ishpeming Ski Club say the Suicide Bowl ski jump area has been broken into and vandalized several times over the past year.

The incidents started in July, but recently, two heavy-duty electrical cables have been stolen.

Those cables are part of the machine that the club relies on to make snow for the jumps.
