Delta County Resident Ends up with Minor Injuries after Accidentally Shooting Himself
A Delta County resident ended up with minor injuries after accidentally shooting himself with a pistol over the weekend.
Troopers from the Gladstone post of the Michigan State Police arrived at the scene just after 7 saturday night.
56 year old Gary Hall of Masonville told police he had a 22 caliber pistol holstered on his side, and as he was cleaning out his pole barn the gun fell from the holster and landed on the concrete floor.
The pistol accidentally discharged and struck hall in the shoulder.
Hall sought his own medical treatment at Marquette General Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries and released.
