Meth Lab in Delta County
There haven’t been any arrests yet.
But police are investigating a meth lab discovery over the weekend and are looking for your help.
It was located in Delta County’s Nahma Township.
U.S. Forest Service personnel from the Hiawatha National Forest uncovered the possible meth lab at an abandoned camp.
They contacted the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team.
In addition to the meth lab, UPSET also found a small explosive device.
The State Police bomb squad detonated it.
An outdoor marijuana grow was also found on Forest Service land this past Sunday.
Both cases are still currently under investigation.
If you have information on the Nahma Township meth lab or marijuana operation, UPSET says you can call them free of charge at 1-800-882 8202.
And you can give them that information anonymously if you wish.
