Saari Records Hearing
Another pre-trial court date for the man accused of attacking a Marquette woman in March.
Ryan Saari is accused of first-degree home invasion and felonious assault.
He’s due to go to trial in late September.
Saari and his attorney, Karl Numinen, have claimed prosecutors have withheld information in the case from them.
Numinen asked the court to force the prosecution to supply him with the allegedly withheld information.
And the court granted the request.
Prosecutors have until next Monday to give Numinen all of the records.
State Police have said Saari is also a person of interest in the February murder of Marquette Township pawn shop co-owner Robert Dusseau.
Although Saari has not been ruled out as a suspect, there are several other potential suspects who also haven’t been ruled out.
