Dulak Receives Murder Sentence
A Wisconsin man will go to prison for life for murdering a Menominee Township man in 2008.
Back in October, a jury convicted 46-year-old James Dulak of Weston, Wisconsin of 1st-degree murder.
Dulak has known since then what his sentence would be.
In Michigan, murder-1 automatically means life in prison without parole.
But he officially received the sentence today.
Dulak was one of 3 men charged in the death of 49-year-old Mark Keller, Sr.
Keller was found dead in his home in Menominee Township in May 2008.
Prosecutors claimed Dulak and the 2 other men tied up Keller, beat him and left him for dead after he’d ripped Dulak off in a drug deal.
Dulak’s jury only needed half an hour of deliberation to find him guilty.
