Guilty Verdict in Menominee Twp. Murder
A Wisconsin man is convicted of murdering a Menominee Township man last year.
It only took a jury half an hour to convict 46-year-old James Dulak of Weston, Wisconsin.
He’s been found guilty of 1st-degree murder.
Dulak is one of 3 men charged in the death of 49-year-old Mark Keller, Sr. of Menominee Township.
Keller was found dead in his home in May of last year.
Prosecutors claimed Dulak and the 2 other men tied Keller up, beat him and left him for dead after he ripped Dulak off in a drug deal.
In Michigan, a 1st-degree murder conviction means a mandatory life sentence with no parole.
Dulak will officially receive that sentence December 11th.
