HOUGHTON — The South Range man accused of breaking into a seasonal residence in Duncan Township was arraigned in court today.

49-year-old Camiel Bryce Vanhaecke was arraigned in Houghton County on charges of home invasion- second degree, a 15-year-felony, and possession of burglar’s tools, which is a 10-year felony.

Troopers from the Michigan State Police Calumet Post arrested Vanhaecke in Baraga Tuesday.

Vanhaecke remains lodged in the Houghton County jail on a $250,000 cash bond. His preliminary exam is set for July 1st.
