Marquette woman sustains minor injuries in two vehicle crash on County Road HQ
MARQUETTE — The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-car personal injury crash near the intersection of County Road HQ and County Road HR in Marquette Township.
A 2011 Subaru, driven by a 24-year-old Marquette woman, was southbound on County Road HQ. The Subaru crashed into a 2006 Buick, driven by 21-year-old Negaunee woman, attempting to pull onto County Road HQ from Jandrons Jewelry.
The driver of the Subaru sustained minor injuries and was evaluated on scene by U.P. Health Systems EMS. The crash remains under investigation.
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office was also assisted on scene by Marquette Township Fire/EMS, Marquette Detailing, and Anttila’s Towing.
