Menominee County deputy under investigation for criminal sexual conduct
MENOMINEE — The Menominee Police Department received information from Michigan Child Protective Services regarding allegations of Criminal Sexual Conduct by a Menominee County Sheriff’s Deputy against a 16-year-old Menominee High School student.
The Menominee Police Department conducted an investigation and has submitted a warrant request to Menominee County Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey T. Rogg for review and the authorization of potential criminal charges. The investigation remains ongoing, and the Menominee Police Department requests that anyone with further information about this incident, or potential victims of other such incidents, please contact the Menominee Police Department at (906) 863-5568.
The Menominee Police Department is being assisted in the investigation by
the Michigan State Police and will release additional information at a later
date, as the investigation continues.
