Investigation in suspicious death in Munising
MUNISING — At approximately 8:00 p.m. on Thursday night, the Munising City Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious death.
A 58-year-old unresponsive male subject at his residence was found dead in the City of Munising.
Alger County EMS responded shortly after and pronounced the male subject deceased. The Munising City Police Department is currently investigating this as a suspicious death. Officers were assisted by Detectives from the Michigan State Police, Michigan State Police Crime Lab, and Deputies from the Alger County Sheriff’s Department.
