Co-Founder of UP Rehab Services has received the Patriot Award

NEGAUNEE — One local employer and group is being recognized for its support of employees that are National Guard and Reserve members.

Terry Tripp a Physical Therapist and Co-Founder of UP Rehab Services has received the Patriot Award from the department of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

The award was given due to the commitment that Terry has shown to his employees that are National Guard and Reserve members, while they are out on deployment.
Coming from a military family, Terry knows what these men and women go through and wants to be able to help in any way possible.

“Well I come from a Vietnam Veteran Family,” explained Physical Therapist and Co-Founder of UP Rehab Services, Terry Tripp. “My father was a Vietnam Vet and I know all the things that he went through when being raised by him. But as far as looking into it a little bit more, anything do to support our veterans, current active duty reserve and service members out there, we will do everything we can.”

The award was nominated by Reservist, Logan Earnest, from the  395th Ordinance Company of Appleton Wisconsin.
