Natural gas leak in Kingsford

KINGSFORD — Kingsford Public Safety was dispatched to 601 N. Balsam St. at approximately 8:30 A.M. on November 20, 2017 on the report of a natural gas smell.

On arrival, officers investigated the scene and discovered that a semi-tractor trailer had struck a gas line to one of the businesses causing a leak. The natural gas was turned off and the building was ventilated.
