Two car accident in Adams Township sends one to hospital
ADAMS TOWNSHIP — On Tuesday, deputies from the Houghton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two car personal injury crash on M-26 near Erickson Drive in Adams Township.
A vehicle driven by a 37 year-old female from Atlantic Mine was turning into Moyle Concrete and Supply, and was rear-ended by a pickup truck driven by a 22 year-old male who was traveling southbound. The male subject was transported to U.P Health System-Portage by Mercy Ambulance for treatment of his injuries.
Assisting on the scene was the Houghton Police Department, the Michigan State Police, and the Adams Township First Responders.
