MARQUETTE–Michigan State Representative Jack Bergman was in Marquette this evening for an open dialogue with all constituents of the 1st District of Michigan at the Marquette Township Town Hall.

The fall community engagement event covered a broad range of topics. The town hall style evening gave members of the public an opportunity to voice some of their own concerns to the representative, and to have their questions answered.

“Well what I’m going to do is give the people who come just a little update on some of the things that we’re dealing with in Washington D.C. – tax reform would be one, I’m sure there’s going to be questions on national security, healthcare, all the big topics that you’ve seen,” said Congressman Jack Bergman.

Bergman has another public meeting in the UP this week on Friday evening at Gogebic Community College in Ironwood at 6pm central time.
