UPDATE: Suspect signs extradition papers
UPDATE — 2:25 p.m. May 4th, 2016 (EDT)
According to an official at the Graves County Jail in Mayfield, Kentucky, 33-year-old Kelly Cochran has signed extradition papers that will bring her from Kentucky to Iron County.
She was arrested last week in connection with the disappearance of Christopher Regan.
There’s no word yet on when Cochran will be arraigned in Iron County District Court.

A 33-year-old woman is waiting to be extradited back to Michigan on multiple felony charges, including homicide and second-degree home invasion, in connection with the disappearance of a missing Iron River man.
On Thursday, 33-year-old Kelly M. Cochran of Merrillville, Indiana was arrested by US Marshals in Wingo, Kentucky. She’s currently lodged at the Graves County Jail on a fugitive from justice warrant.
According to information from the Kentucky State Police, Cochran is wanted out of Iron County on charges of homicide, second-degree home invasion, conspiracy to commit dead bodies- disinterment and mutilation, concealing the death of an individual, lying to a peace officer during a violent crime investigation and accessory after the fact to a felony.
Cochran was arrested in connection to the disappearance of Christopher Karl Regan, who has been missing since October of 2014. There’s no word yet when Cochran will appear in Iron County District Court for her arraignment.

IRON RIVER — Police have released new information in the case of a man that went missing out of Iron River a year and a half ago.
Iron River Police say a 33-year-old female suspect has been arrested in connection to the October 2014 disappearance of Christopher Karl Regan. The Iron River Police Department worked closely with police in Hobart, Indiana, where the suspect had been residing since March of last year.
Police say she fled Michigan after a search was conducted on her residence. On Thursday, the suspect fled to Kentucky and U.S. Marshals apprehended her without incident. She is currently being held at the Graves County Jail in Kentucky. She will be extradited on charges issued in Iron County.
