MARQUETTE — A Gwinn man arrested last month after allegedly firing multiple rounds into an unoccupied car and engaging in a chase with police will be heading to Marquette County Circuit Court.
41-year-old Kevin Houle is expected to make a plea at his first appearance in Circuit Court on April 17th. Houle has been charged with one felony count of fleeing police in the third degree, two domestic violence misdemeanors, and a reckless use of a firearm charge in relation to the March 20th incident.
Houle had allegedly fled the scene of a domestic violence and shots fired complaint via car, leading police on a chase when they attempted to pull him over.
