A Luce County woman will be sentenced this summer for her role in a drug ring.

37-year-old Joy Love  Derusha pleaded guilty to two counts of having a controlled substance less than 50 grams. Derusha was arrested back in January by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement East Team in Newberry.

She was originally charged with delivery of a controlled substance, which was cocaine, and maintaining a drug house. Derusha will be sentenced in Luce County Circuit Court on June 2nd.
