Child endangerment complaint leads to drug arrests for Ontonagon couple
An Ontonagon couple arrested on multiple drug related charges Monday night now face penalties ranging from a 90-day misdemeanor to a 20-year felony.
Harvey Albert Reaver, 33, and Janet Ann Finley, 54, appeared in Ontonagon County District Court earlier today for their arraignments.
Reaver is charged with delivery/manufacture of meth and marijuana, possession of meth & marijuana, use of marijuana and narcotics, maintaining a drug house, and possession of firearms by felon. He is also being charged as a habitual offender. Reaver is currently lodged in the Ontonagon County Jail on a $5,000 bond. He also being held on a bond violation from a past arrest.
Finley is charged with delivery/manufacture of meth and marijuana, possession of meth & marijuana, use of marijuana and narcotics, and maintaining a drug house. Her bond is set at $2,500.
The couple’s arrest stems from a search warrant executed on a child endangerment complaint at a building in Mass City. The complaint is still under investigation.
