MARQUETTE — A Manistique man charged with three federal charges has entered a plea agreement.

Jason Gregurash, 37, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to manufacture 50 or more marijuana plants. Members of the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team arrested Gregurash in January.

Police say Gregurash was in the process of delivering 15 pounds of marijuana destined for Wisconsin. Upon searching his residence, UPSET Detectives found seventy–two marijuana plants.

Gregurash will be sentenced in U.S. District Court on December 15th.
