Names released in Ironwood meth and heroin bust

More information has been released in regard to Wednesday’s Ironwood meth and heroin bust.

GIANT officials say they executed a search warrant at 248 W. Larch Street and uncovered heroin, methamphetamine, and several other controlled substances. Following the search, three suspects were taken into custody – Mark Dwayne Overton, 35, of Ironwood; Adam Lee Stone, 33, of Ironwood; and Carly Ann Pestka, 22, of Ironwood. Their bonds have been set at $500,000, $200,000, and $50,000, respectively.

The matter is still under investigation and additional charges and arrests are probable.

Three suspects have been arrested on drug charges in Ironwood.

According to the Hurley Police Department, the Gogebic Iron Area Narcotics Team executed a search warrant Wednesday which resulted in the arrest of two males and one female. The suspects are being housed in the Gogebic County Jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and maintaining a drug house. Additional charges are also pending.

Police say the situation is still under investigation and more information will be released as it becomes available.
